The project (for the Yarthe Campaign Setting) has been live for 20 days (out of 30) and it it’s hit the mid-project slump. Which is to say, I have 57 backers, and the kickstarter campaign is 43% funded - good, but not quite there yet. More hustle required. (And if you know anyone who’d be interested, and you haven’t sent it to them yet, please do: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/draconum/yarthe-campaign-setting-for-5e-and-pathfinder)
To distract myself from the hustling that I should be doing, I’ve written 3 more chapters of side-project-novel #2, The Black Keep. This one is about a bunch of magical university students who find an eldritch entity in a ruined castle that they’re investigating for a supposedly low-risk archaeology field trip.
Other than that (and the hustling), tthis week I’ve been working on a set of custom poker cards for the Yarthe Campaign Setting. They’re meant as a potential stretch goal, although I’m not at the point of needing any stretch goals as yet, so they might end up just being a side-project. I’m super pleased with how the artwork is coming, though.
I have also been finalising the artwork for the campaign setting, and writing up rules & mechanics for the ghost elves and sea-folk (new playable sub-species).
As always, hope your week is going well. Love your faces :)
